Herring Properties has constructed two solar arrays.  One is a 1.7 Megawatt Solar Array in Montgomery, New Jersey with 6,000 panels that provides the power to a local office building through 2032.  The other Solar Array is 600 KWH located on the roof of our newly constructed Class A Warehouse at 400 Airport Corporate Drive in Ewing, NJ. This rooftop array provides all power to the occupant of the building which is a light manufacturing operation located in Ewing, New Jersey through 2040.
